I have been using Capsule CRM for storing information about my clients and suppliers since January 2015. Information is easy to add either individually or as a batch using Excel. I have added unique fields specific to my business which means I can create lists of contacts with similar data.
Capsule allows you to store emails and documents for each individual contact and also you can make notes for future reference. Capsule also integrates with many other systems making data transference much easier.
There is a To-Do List/Task Manager which sends an email reminder to you every morning with a list of tasks due for that day and you can set repeat reminders too. Capsule can also be accessed by phone so you can have all of your information at your fingertips wherever you are.
